  • Jessica Zieba

    Jessica is the Center Director and has been with KinderCare since March of 2004. She lives with her husband and their two children who are enrolled at the Cary-Grove KinderCare. Jessica obtained her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education in May of 2005, and is now working toward her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership. Along with her role as the Center Director, Jessica is also the Health and Safety Coordinator for the Cary-Grove KinderCare as well as the district liaison. Jessica believes that open communication is the key to building successful relationships with families, the door is always open for parents, teachers and children.

  • Rebecca Bulava

    Ms. Rebecca is the Assistant Director and lives with her husband and three children in Cary with the youngest two children enrolled at the Cary-Grove KinderCare.  Ms. Rebecca studied Speech Language Pathology at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas before moving to Illinois. She received her Child Development Associate from Rasmussen College and is currently working toward obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership. Ms. Rebecca began her KinderCare career at a center in Elgin, Illinois before moving to the Cary-Grove center in August of 2011.

  • Ms. Lorali

    Ms. Lorali lives in Cary with her dog, Raiden. She is currently obtains her Child Development Associate through Rasmussen College and is working toward her Associate's in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Lorali has a passion for working with young children and enjoys spending her days with the infants in her care. She enjoys singing to the children as well as telling them stories about Princes and Princesses from far away lands. Art is one of Ms. Lorali's favorite activities to do. She loves being able to assist the children with ideas to make messy masterpieces.

  • Ms. Cathy

    Ms. Cathy lives in Cary with her husband and their three children.  She recieved her Masters of Science in Family Studies and Child Development from Arizona State University.  Ms. Cathy has worked in the field of early childhood education for 20 years.  Ms. Cathy really enjoys working with the toddlers and being able to share so many different teaching and learning experiences with them.  One of Ms. Cathy's favorite activities to do with the toddlers is circle time where they can all sing songs and share their favorite books together.

  • Ms. Kayla

    Ms. Kayla has been with the Cary-Grove center for over 4 years. She has taken many Early Childhood Education classes at McHenry County College. Ms. Kayla enjoys working with children of all different ages, but has a real soft spot for the two year olds. Ms. Kayla loves to build castles with blocks, read stories about dragons, and make dinner in dramatic play with the twos. She believes that children learn important developmental and social skills through play.
